Go from the water you avoid to the water you own. Not just one lake, every lake you'll ever fish.
Watching other fly fishers catch big fish on YouTube and Instagram is fake fun.
Stop scrolling. Stop putting it off. You were designed for more.
This isn't a seminar with a slideshow. You'll fish every day, with instruction happening right there on the water.
Reading water, rigging, presentation, retrieves. A playbook that works on any lake, anywhere.
Four instructors, a small group, and someone right there in the boat showing you what to do next.
Henry's Lake grows trout into double digits, and you'll be fishing it at its October best.
The house, the meals, the boats, all handled. Bring your gear and your free days. We make them count.
So who's teaching? Start with the visiting professor.

Co-founder of Fly Fish Food and Fulling Mill signature fly tyer. One of the biggest personalities in the industry.
Every school needs a visiting professor. Cheech opens the week Sunday night with his Modern Stillwater Techniques presentation. Then on Monday he's on the water with us, demonstrating live: parabolic and sweep lines, midge tips, and creative rigs proven on stillwaters everywhere but rarely seen on Henry's.
On the water with you every day. You'll fish with each of them over the three days, not just one.

A 50% deposit holds your spot, and the balance is due September 1. About four weeks out we hold a Zoom call to go over gear, flies, travel, and logistics.
A portion of every tuition goes to the Henry's Lake Foundation, which supports conservation work that keeps this lake the special place it is.

Sunday evening everyone checks in, settles into the house, and sits down to dinner together. Then Cheech kicks things off, and the week is underway.
Three full days on the water with all four instructors. You drive home Thursday with a system you can run on any lake.
Henry's Lake is shallow, fertile, and absurdly rich, which is why its fish grow fast and heavy. Wild Yellowstone cutthroat, big brook trout, and the famous cutbow hybrids that push into double digits all share this water.
Early October is the window. The water cools, the biggest fish feed hard before winter and slide into just a few feet of water, and sight fishing to a trophy becomes a real possibility. The summer crowds? Long gone.
Evenings are yours. The Madison River's Three Dollar Bridge, some of the most famous trout water anywhere, is about twenty minutes from the house. Bring a rod for moving water if you want more.
The whole group stays under one roof, steps from the water. Hot tub and fire pit looking over the lake, private boat slips below the house, and dinner together every night. Ask anyone who's done a week like this: the nights at the house are half of it.

Come having never fished a lake, or come having fished this one for thirty years. Everybody catches fish, and everybody leaves better at it.
And no, you don't need to learn on a river first. That's a myth. Still water is a fine place to become a fly fisher. You'll fish every day with an instructor close enough to actually help, and you'll go home with a system you can run on any stillwater, anywhere.
Four days. One legendary lake. A team of instructors whose only job is making you a stillwater fly fisher. The fish aren't going anywhere, but this week is.
Seats are limited. They go to those who commit first.
